Dear Mrs. Clinton ...


I believe that campaigning can only be successful, if you campaign bringing forth your full potentials - to the fullest, without compromise.

Trying to beat men on their male based rules for campaigning is a futile attempt, a disappointment to the cause of women on top as it perpetuates the perception that you can only be successful as a woman if you through your female traits abroad and live the male traits.

Connect yourself with, feel and live, doing woman's style of leadership. Make a difference. For us women.

How? With my Kinesiology.

My message to Mrs. Clinton on her campaigning compromises: Not having role models is not an excuse to buy into the male reasoned campaigning. Feel your body. And use your body's wisdom on how to campaign. As it is only that your bodies wisdom that will provide you with the resources to govern a nation. My little must 101 with all my clients ;-)

love your bacteria, love some yoghurt




for the love of food: my one and only summer crave Joghurt
 I don't do milk products. 
I have never done them excessively. Hence, I do not really feel the appetite for them.
Until this summer came. My Heilpraktikerin said: eat this yoghurt or take some drugs to build up your bacteria flora in the intestines. 

That is what I love about her, she always tells me, which food I can take alternatively to homeopathic drugs (not even talking about chemical drugs, which I keep out of my life most possibly) and I most always go for that option. Because I enjoy eating food. And enjoy doing good to my body. And love to bring the two together.

So I bought it, and already before actually buying it, the crave came. It was like my body inhaled this yoghurt, coming up with endless ideas and inspiration on how to prop it up. 

My digestion, my intestines feels so well now, so I can only recommend it. Just do it every now and then, to give your digestion, your bacteria that are so vital to our wellbeing, our mood, our surviving, some attention and energy.

And to top up your game, give your intestines some beautiful energy by massaging and stroking the meridians of the small intestine and the large intestine.

So enjoy, and follow your crave!


zur und mit Liebe meiner deutschen Liebhaber ...
Auf Milchprodukte war ich nie besonders scharf. Bis zu diesem Sommer, als mir meine Heilpraktikerin auftrug diesen Joghurt zu essen, um meine Darmflora zu regenerieren. Und schon auf dem Weg zum Geschäft überkam mich ein unglaublicher Heißhunger auf diesen Joghurt. Mit immer neuen Variationen und Varianten versüßte ich mir in den kommenden Wochen meinen Joghurt-crave. Meiner Verdauung und meinem Darm hat es so gut getan. 

Ich kann nur empfehlen, unseren Darm, unsere Darmflora - die für unser Wohlbefinden, für unser glücklich sein so wichtig ist - ab und zu mit gutem Joghurt zu unterstützen. Und wenn du noch einen draufsetzen möchtest, unterstütze den Dünndarm und den Dickdarm immer mal wieder durch das Streichen der beiden Meridiane.
